Please contact EAA Secretary  Karen McGuirefor information on the club and its activities. Her address is:  mcguireg@xplornet.com

  •                      A Message for Members

We have 37 members and we invite all of our members to become involved in the club. We hope you will attend our monthly meetings (the fourth Wednesday of most months) and help us make important decisions. We need your input and your experience. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the President or Secretary if you have information to share or would like to volunteer for a job. Speaking of which-we always need help with one thing or another....helping hang any shows we are involved in; volunteering to help a committee chair; allowing your name to stand for a committee chair; serving on a committee; helping at our annual Christmas Tyme Sale; adding your input and experience. Please contact Secretary Karen Pilch if are able to help at the receptions for our shows. Contact President Linda Mustard if you are interested in serving on one of our committees.

All the best to the EAA members...
May 2021 be a better year than 2020!

You Can Help The Englehart And Area Historical Museum!!!

At our EAA meeting today we learned about bathe financial difficulties facing the Englehart Area Historical Museum. Money is always a problem with an organization like this but our museum is in trouble. We need your support, especially as the Museum is where we hold our art shows. We can help the Museum by purchasing a membership.. individual or family. Another fun way we can help us to play the online True North Adventure Game which is sponsored by the Northern Credit Union. You can go to the True North Adventure Game heading on the Credit Union site and click sign up(after you have signed up you just need to click ‘Log In.’) After signing in you will find a page with ‘How It Works/ Start New Game/ Scores. On the How It Works page you will find a list of charities to choose from. Make sure you choose the Englehart Area Historical Museum. Once you’re in you get to choose the level of difficulty. The harder the game the more points you stand to win. It really is fun to play and it’s great to test your knowledge of the North while you make money for the Museum. Below are some pics of the screens you’ll see. If you have a problem at it, Bonnie Howard Warner is the Queen of the Game! She’ll help you through. Good luck... it’s going to help the Museum which helps the community and our art club.

The pictures below will help you work though the process. Hover the cursor over each picture for information.

Remember- the more often you play, the more money they donate to the Museum.

First page- hit Play Now to move on.
The instruction page
Self explanatory
This is where you choose the Englehart Area Historical Museum from the list.
You choose a person to represent you on here. (I chose Brad...you can too, or another one of the fellows) and then progress though the multiple choice questions. They are timed so you have to be fairly quick-. You can also choose the difficulty level- the harder the level, the mor points you make- the more points you win, the more money the Museum gets from the Credit Union! The questions are repeated and you can play over and over. They do tell you the right answer so you can learn and have fun and make money for the Museum!
